Beyond the countries I call home, I have delivered projects with teams in the United States, the United Arab Emirates, across Asia-Pacific, throughout Europe, and in South America, Africa, and India.

From Bucharest to Berlin, Prague to Zürich, my career has been shaped by international teams, cross-border projects, and the perspective that comes from moving between cultures. I coach in English, German, and Romanian.

I am Ioana.

I am a certified Co-Active Coach based in Zürich. My career has been about people in moments of change: new roles, new organisations, new ways of working, and the personal questions that come with them.

Along the way, I noticed that the hardest part of change is rarely the plan or the system. It is the person in the middle of it, deciding who they want to be next. That is where my coaching begins, whether the question is about leadership, life, or work.

Having lived, studied, and worked in Romania, Germany, Czechia, and Switzerland — and led projects with global teams — I bring an international perspective to every coaching conversation. I coach in English, German, and Romanian, in person in Zürich or online.
